Yes, we offer a free 30-minute consultation by phone or virtual meeting because we want to understand your needs and explain how we can help.

We primarily communicate with clients by email or text to ensure quick and efficient information and document exchanges. We also host online meetings for consultations and advising. 

Our three membership levels are priced based on the depth and volume of services your business requires. We’ll provide a tailored pricing proposal after a free consultation to determine your specific needs.

Our membership program is processed through the direct-debit sales receipt . This system automatically charges the payment method—bank account or credit card—that you have authorized and agreed to when enrolling.

We strive to minimize client time, however, certain details must be supplied directly. Therefore, we expect clients to furnish necessary information and documentation promptly so that we can deliver the high-quality services we are committed to providing.

We understand that life happens. However, if you need to discontinue your membership, a minimum 30-day notice is required. This allows us to properly complete any remaining work and close your account.
