Do you provide free consultation?
Yes, we offer 30 minutes of free consultation via virtual meeting or phone consultation to understand your needs and provide personalized information on what services we are able to provide.
What kind of communication method do we expect?
We communicate with clients via email or text for information/documentation exchanges. We will host online meetings for consultation and advising. If the client requests an on site visit, it is case by case and an additional service charge may incur.
What is the price for each level of membership?
Our memberships offer three levels of support and services. The pricing for each membership level is determined based on your business activities and the volume of services required. The price of each level of membership services also based on your business activities and volume of services we need to provide.
During the free consultation, we will get to know each other and grasp the depth and scope of services needed for your company. Following the initial consultation, we will provide you with a tailored pricing proposal.
What is the payment method for the membership program?
Our membership program is connected to the direct debit sale receipt method via Quickbooks Online payment system which uses the payment method (bank or credit card) that you have signed and agreed on.
What is the condition to stay in the membership program?
Clients should be able to provide information and documentation in a timely manner. While we strive to minimize the time we require from our clients, there are instances where certain information must be supplied by them. We anticipate that clients will furnish the necessary information promptly, enabling us to deliver the high-quality services to which we are committed and proud to offer.
What If I would like to stop the membership?
We understand life happens, if you are not able to stay with the membership program, we kindly ask you to provide a minimum 30 day notice so we can finish up what needs to be done and close out your account properly.
